Dr. Parsons received his undergraduate studies at the College of William and Mary where he received a Bachelors in Biology with cum laude honors. He received his dental training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery while concurrently earning his Masters of Business Administration from the prestigious Robert H. Smith School of Business.
